who is in charge of the Vent server? Please dont tell me Dash..he left for NC yesterday and his cell seems to be out of range.
maybe jeb, I think I remember him telling me that he takes care of the site and forums so perhaps the vent as well.
I am, sorry went out of town and haven't been online. Not enough in XoO account, but I paid for it. Should be back now. My phone doesn't work in this area either, I imagine that's why I didn't get a call about this? Anyway, I dl vent and I've connected.
some people said they got it to work with "last good config" but its not showing up or working for me.
mine still isnt connecting, I had the ability to try and do what the others said earlier but my internet discoed and I never get the message again.
Connecting to 8.9.2.168 seems to work... I emailed the support people, but Dash if you read this, the xoo.ventrilo.org dns address isn't working still. They may or may not fix it based on my email.
donations@xoohq.com and support got back to me and said dash has to fix it through the web admin stuff.
anyone remember that yearly "xoo" subscription fee conversation that is why I felt it was a good thing, because I know dash ends up spending cash he doesn't have out of his pocket when we come up short.
