Rising Force online making a come back US/EU????

Hello guys, I was from XoO last time when RF online started and was Cora race. I remembered our Guild Master was Ryu, wonder if he is still around. My ign was Vampira. However now I started playing back again, same race and was wondering if any of the old players would have a comeback to the game.
