I do believe Tribat got that when he overcame his cancer I think it was? A year or so ago. He said that if he made it through he would get it and he did.
He got the tattoo because XoO's fellowship was an inspiration and helped him through such a hard time, he attributes his very life greatly to what XoO was, and what some people believe still is.
