That's cheap! It was $60 at launch right? I'm on phone so I can check very well but how long is the code good for?

 

Yes when the game first came out. However the PC copy will be treated like an Expansion and will cost $30, but the PS3 copy will cost $60. << even then you should see the sheer number of people who still want to go the PS3 route... I dunno dont ask. I guess they all cant afford to buy gaming PC's.

I dont know how long the code will last. I just happen to find it on one of the fansites.

There is no ARR to buy atm (I don't think). From what I understand, "Legacy" is for people who re-subbed to FFXIV after the F2P period ended and they began patching the "Roadmap to 2.0" and that's who is in Beta.


Switching Topics: For a game that could ill afford any issues today, Murphy struck hard and swift. I'll reserve my opinion until I can actually get in game

Nope. My client keeps failing due to errors encountered (multiple codes).

 

Well servers are down currently due to them fixing a bug where accounts and characters were not linking correctly. I was getting a few errors when first opening the client but it worked fine after like the 3rd or 4th try.

 

Server came back up with a rollback and I lost my toon -.- Moogle is not accepting any more new toons now either! Dammit ><

Rolling on Tonberry instead.

 

I saw that on moogle. Then I tried again a few mins later and it accepted. I just went with default customization settings

 

Moogle and Tonberry are both full. Will be rolling on Chocobo . . .

And now that I've selected Chocobo, I can't play cuz it's full???? Da fuq???

SE could ill afford any issues with this Beta; they're having plenty . . .
