Vangelis AION App - Cleric

2. Name (Forum & IGN): Vangelis
3. Class: Cleric (will eventually try out all) - Have primarily been DPS/Nuker in WoW playing a Hunter, DK, Lock, Feral Druid, Mage, and Shadow Priest. Only have a few remaining characters. The main toons are on Bloodhoof - Mardok (DK) and Vangelis (Hunter). I really, REALLY want to be more of a support / heal role now. I've had my share of deeps.
4. Do you have vent and a mic?: yeppers
5. Previous gaming experience: WoW (2.5 yrs), LotRO (boring), AoC (content?), WAR-closed Beta, WAR (Pwnslice-XOO), Madden, etc. plus... Atari 2600, COLECO, Intellivision, Wolfenstein, Phantasie(C64)
6. Why did you chose XoO: RL friend of 22 yrs is a member and said I should check it out. Also, seeing your progression in WoW is very, VERY appealing. I'm in a guild on Bloodhoof (Unity) that has grown over the years and is into end game content. It's fun to be going into the updated and new raids once they hit with a core group of people who know how each other play. I hope to achieve this in AION.

8. A little bit about yourself: I'm a 35 yr old CPT in the Army who loves gaming, cooking and entertaining. I'm not hardcore in terms of hours per week played, but if I say I'm going to be there for an event/raid, I will be there. I also believe in helping lowbies and peeps new to games. It's the right thing to do rather than flaming someone for asking questions and calling them noobs. On the flip side, my generosity goes only so far if you are someone who just refuses to do anything or learn anything on your own. I just recently started playing WAR cuz WoW was like groundhog day and I love PvP. I really would like to join a guild that is into both PvP (or in AION's case PvPvE) and Raiding. I consider myself mature, but I also like to have a good time in game and on Vent. Believe me though, I know when its time to get serious. I'm ready to rock and roll on a new game with a Guild committed to kicking arse!!!

I see that I am in the registered members forum and the Aion (NA) forum. So I'm gonna take the blue pill . . . what happens next??? Look forward to an interview. Stepping out for the night to watch UFC 100 (missed it the 1st time) will be on late 2nite and tmr.
