On Steam there is a free weekend for UT3 starting tonight, you can pre-load the game now so you're ready for when it starts. Which is 8PM GMT.
Anyone going to be playing it? I have the game already loaded on my computer but havnt played it in a long time.
I just got outta a skull w/e match, i had 70 skull turnins+like 40 kills due to having a 2nd stage juggernaut 5 times lol. There team only scored half of what i did alone. Obviously we won, thinking about buying the game if there is a competitive base for it (been looking for a game like unreal that im good at and they have tournaments in).
is it still playable after the ''free'' weekend (a). maybe not online but ofline. could seriously use the editor....
I'll stick with UT2004, as it has the UT look to it. I tried 3 and I felt like they said "screw colors, its all about brown and olive drab." The Gears of War team tried to hard to make it look like Gears of War IMO!
There were some bits of UT3 that had more than that Mostly thinking of Shangri-La and the ... ice one, whatever that was. They probably had some brown as well though. But I don't mind; I have played both, and still like both...
