its a good show. the early seasons were more of a episode by episode thing, but later ones S5-8 have had a lot more comic book story lines that last long term.
Superman was already dead, this is actually more true to the original than all of these modern DC cartoons. Not that I really care, I just like the principle of having cool powers in a world which is ignorant to them. DBZ was a terrible show, but I was so amused by Mr. Satan (Aka Hercule in America for obvious reasons), he was the world's strongest fighter because after the original dragon ball everyone in the plot stopped competing in world competitions, so you have this pompous American kung-fu afro texan who has no idea he's a level 8 fighting level 20's or however you want to measure it. It's kind of like what HxH did with hunters (Hunter X Hunter being probably my favorite anime).
yeah, though he was a new character they introduced just for that. i also get a kick out of all the comic and movie puns they inserted throughout the series
I've seen ever single episode of Smallville. Last night episode was a tearjeaker. Clark can never keep a girlfriend. Their all hot but some how they all end up dead, leaving him, or going to some other planet. Hottest girl so far was that indian chick a few seasno back. Damn she was smoking.
I think I have seen every episode of this show. I don't know about butchering superman but it's a different spin and I enjoy it. I think it is a fun show and will continue to watch. The last 2 season have been excellent and they still seem to be getting better. I just want to see more of doomsday damnit!!!
