So it seems another game switching...... and I do think Rift was not in any binds tho and had a great player population to keep a P2P sub system
I thought it was/is a great game. PvP was fine if you had people to play with. It ended up being the lack of difficult PvE that made the game boring after a while. Endgame dungeons were farmed in an hour or less two weeks after released. Had more than a few hours upon hours of large scale PvP and it was always a blast.
Idk, I heard it through the grapvine. I only played about 2 - 3 weeks after release. A lot of the problems I remember were from server side lag and such. The PvP mechanics were good imo. I really liked the map with the fang... Kinda like smear the queer! I'm probably going to check it out and see for myself, and if it's bad no problem just uninstall. Depends on how much time I have, because my slots are pretty full with spending time with the family, lol, and work.
Haven't played a game in a long time and have been looking to get back into one I remember Rift being a lot of fun to play and I think I may be giving it a try anyone else?
I forgot where i read this. old players can start off where they left...and start 5 days ahead..guess thats the 7th
I'm going to be giving this a shot again, thought the pvp was pretty good and the amount of class combos is sweet. I'll post my characters name here after I make it. Maybe if a few of us play we can hook up and pvp or run some dungeons or something.
Bin a long time since i've played anything...nothing really catching me, but might give this a go again, i remember it being a lot of fun. are you guys all on Necropolis?
I have 2 chars on Necropolis. a 40 Defiant Rogue named Blas and a 45 Guardian Mage named Stonedjesus. I play my mage mostly, because Chloromancer is beast. So far the open world pvp is pretty good, had some nice fights.
