I've been told it's healthy but have never looked into it personally. I eat it because it tastes good. I also know of many triathletes that swear by peanut butter and nutella. All that being said, without any research papers to back m argument, I don't believe it is the healthiest thing. Peanut butter is far better for you, especially the 100% peanut peanut butter if you can get it. I get mine from a local health food store and the peanuts are crushed right in front of me with nothing added.

Nutella is definitely not your ally if you want to lose weight. More like an evil temptress. My favorite spread is Honey.
