^^ I can respect new artistic ventures and am not going to get my panties in a twist because "It's not Metallica" but the vocals are just awful and so are the songs. Good for them for having the balls to do something so different though.
I stopped listening to Metallica when they stopped caring about the music and more about the money. It sounds weird being a narrative and all, but that is what is so awesome about music - each person likes different things.
As I've told others on music-related forums, I don't know Lou Reed (OMG Shock!!) and I don't care. And that picture doesn't help matters either. Metallica should have done a collaboration with Igor Presnyakov. That would have kicked ass.
