I thought the fake ESRB symbol was a dead give away.

 

The shopped ESRB rating there doesn't necessarily dismiss the possibility that the rest of the content could be real. Maybe he added that in there to make it look bad-ass. Who knows... best to take all possibilities into consideration when making accusations

 

His motorcycle has grenade launchers, and there's a kickass boss fight against his dad at the end.
