Do you know what guild events Darktide has started to attempt to get the guild going?: Outside of the Bi-weekly scroll groups and the new guild boss scroll runs I'm unaware of any other official events we have.What are your play times?: My play times are little bit hectic due to watching my niece and nephew in the afternoons from about 4:00-6:00 or 7:00 PM CDT on every weekday except Wednesday. Monday evenings I have a training course that keeps me busy from 5-8:50 PM CDT so my Monday playtime is pretty much all late night past 9:00 PM CDT. Weekends I have no prior commitments most of the time so I can be a pretty consistent presence online then. The greatest wrench that can be thrown into all this is the fact that I'm currently unemployed, but seeking employment. Most positions I'm applying for are your stereotypical daytime hours, but overtime or late night call ins maybe a possibility. I don't foresee any change in my weekend hours though, unless shit would really hit the fan at wherever my future employment maybe.Outside of the upcoming events what idea do you have for Guild Events?: I've already been trying to drag any 50-51 along for leveling to take advantage of the chance to close the gap against the current top ranked guilds. Once we had bumped up the average guild level into the 51-52 and more 53s I'm hoping that some self sufficiency will form up around the leveling/silver grinding groups. I think once those levels start getting reached and the others are keeping up with scroll runs for gear progression we'll have a much better chance from a number crunching view of standing up to the likes of Veritas. After leveling I'm looking to form up groups interested in going into the Red Battlefield to earn the tokens for PvP gems. Also I feel it would be a good chance to get some solid PvP experience in without all the extra issues that our usual farming zone PvP conflicts always have with mobs getting in the way and whatnot. Otherwise we've got world bosses and eventually whale hunting that could be considered, but those can't really be scheduled and are more of a whoever is on and interested drop what you're doing and get here kind of thing.What are you going to do to help GMOs accomplish their missions?: I have no problems with badgering people to get them to participate in guild missions and can help organize secondary parties. Also need be I'm always up to form up head stomping parties to help clear out areas that we may need for guild missions or otherwise.Have you been an officer in XoO before? What Game? What was your role? How did you contibute.: I have held no previous XoO officer positions.What types of leadership roles have you held outside of online?: Outside of online I have not held much of management position. About the closest leadership role that I had that would be applicable here would be I have had to train a single student co-op helper and bring a new hire co-worker up to speed during my previous IT position. I was responsible for passing on delegations from higher up as well as assign tasks and make sure they followed through with instructions.What are your plans to try and encorporate everyone into events?: I think the recent timezone discussion for laying out the guild boss scroll run really helped lay the groundwork for encorporating everyone into major guild events. Right now I know we have some members still working on hitting 50 and for those members I will always approach them with offers to do whatever I can to speed up their leveling and gear progression. Especially since it seems like our guild missions are moving into the Mediah territory that requires a higher leveled character.Where are you currently in your own progression/gear?: I'm sitting at a +15 helmet, chest and a +15 main-hand. Offhand, gloves, and boots are all +10. I'll be bumping my offhand up to +15 shortly, but still debating on the accuracy vs more AP for offhand choice. I'm currently in the process of pooling the items together to make the switch to full Grunil, but the gems and spare armor pieces for repairs are still in the process of being gathered.
