I've watched this video several times when I was high and it's been hilarious every single time. I even laughed when I wasn't high because the story behind it's funny. Supposedly this guy was tripping on acid in his closet, rambling different things. His friends recorded his rants and then made an animation out of them featuring this funny looking lizard. Another story is that he was changing the channel and speaking randomly on whatever he saw. I don't know which of them is true but based off of the guys history I wouldn't be shocked if it was the latter.
