I helped with pvp, and recruiting members.What types of leadership roles have you held outside of online?: I was a retail manager for 2 years after college. I managed a staff of over 80, 18 year olds, with 5 other managers, so I have great teamwork skills as well.How will you assist the recruitment officer in his duty?: Ask him what he needs from the guild and other officers, and make sure communication is relayed to the members and other officers.
