    Hey guys,

I'll make a separate thread on that as it's specific.

What would be the best case to pick for regular gaming build ( non over the top custom nitrogen cooling madness) ?

I had a cooler Master haf for years it worked perfectly, it's 89 CAD.

    I also have a storm striker but it's above 200 bucks and I don't think it's better.

A master box 5 is 90 bucks but a 500P is twice the price, so I wonder what gives ?

The NZXT are all around 100 CAD or below.

    I'm lost lol

NZXT is hit or miss. They sometimes make a nice case with great features for cheap, but sometimes the towers dont have things lined up right and feel extremely cheap and flimsy. This one would be nice though:

Cooler Master is fine, but I personally dont like their styling these days. They make both great cases and below average cases, but I have never had a Cooler Master I would call bad.

Corsair makes quality cases and their Carbide seriesa has become a standard for people looking for a cheap case that has all the features. This is one of their most commonly sold cases:

I have two of those and they are nice. They have plenty of fan spots but are nothing extra special.

I have really been liking Phanteks cases lately. They seem very well built for their price and they look very nice to me. I have one of these in black and red:

You can also just re-use your current case since some parts are bad and being tossed away anyway.

I absolutely love my Coolermaster Mastercase series is the best thing I think they have done. Do not go for the MasterBox line its crap and I mean crap. Master case series normally comes with massive intake fans on the front, and then also has a top that you can put more fans in or you can run your watercooling through. I know this doesn't seem like this is important but you can pull it apart almost completely by hand. Big points for me cause I clean mine often.
