Talked to Monbon in Teamspeak. Seems like a good fit for the guild, but he's not sure yet about doing a full West-to-East reroll. Told him his app can be on hold temporarily while he levels and gets a feel for our faction, and to grab me or another officer if he has any questions.

He said he will let me know what he decides.
