  3. I wish I had no soul. Then I would start a company and sell excessively overpriced digital cables to n00bs.

    While advanced cables with expensive technology did help in the analog world, on the digital side it helps only very very slightly, and only in very certain special situations. 99.999999999% of the time, a standard, cheap cable will do fine. As long as the connection is solid, and within the distance of the cable spec, you will be fine.

  5. Well they do use expensive material... tin-alloy and copper... seriously? lol... i think they are the two cheapest.

    Denon Receivers are great :) Im using one right now as I post this (TV hooked up to receiver and computer hooked up to receiver). They are pretty tricky to program however and their manuals arent at all helpful.

  13. Well, i'll just stick to my normal audio cables and leave it as that. As Enig said, just keep the connection steady and you are good. No need for an "top notch" piece of metal to "enhance" your audio quality.
