I'm sorry but we do not feel you are a good fit for Xen, I wish you luck in your search for a new guild.

On a side note, even if you were in Xen before, try to submit a more organized and well-thought out application next time.

 

i agree with lime. im sure you didn't intend it that way, but half filling an application of a guild you quit from and had them already figure out replacements isn't exactly the best approach.

 

I truthfully didn't expect to get back in... I saw nate joined up and i thought there might be a chance. I didnt think we were under hard terms. I just sped through the app. yes, but u already have my other one somewhere hahaha.

I got super pissed about the Icc 25 situation and was a bit overzealous in leaving.... Probably

i don't think anybody is angry with you... but one of the conversations had concerning you dealt with how we wished you would have not been so eager to sit out of raids (or that was the appearance at least) then you left without much thought and then come back with the same mindset.
honestly, its nothing personal, we just were looking for someone who was more situationally aware and are probably going to go back to the duel spec tank setup that worked for months before we sought a mainspec prot warrior.

I thought my overall SA was more than good enough. My 10 man was great. like clockwork. Just because of that time i charged ... I guess you could rate me on that.. but when a raid leader says go i go and expect pple to be movin up.

I haven't had a problem with that since xen.

I've found a guild. I didnt quit because i was sat. I quit because i got saved to an entire 25 man and got to do a few trash pulls.

Seems like u didn't care so much. and somebody was late... but gets to come right in... No problem.... Big problem.

Someone said earlier " I seemed eager to sit out" so i doubt i would quit being sat from a raid, but i sat out if that's what was needed for progression.

What trinket are you talking about?

Arizair said it was still a respectable trinket. If it's the organ ur talking about i probably rolled on it and lost epgp / i dunno

 

it's the problem of raid leading to organize a raid properly based on who's online at a given time... its a shame that mistakes made led you to move on... but its a good thing that both you and xoo have moved on. good luck with WAR
