SO can you get any special deals on these cards Erock? If I could get one cheap enough Id be interested, otherwise I plan to wait until Kepler hits and see how that is.
$600 isn't a lot, relatively speaking. I paid $500 for an 8800GTX, and that was a while after they launched.
While the price may be justifiable based on demand/development and raw materials cost/historical pricing, the fact remains that's a lot of money.
I agree, but the performance is priced correctly. I'm impressed by ATi's initiative his year, I hope nVidia can give us something soon.
Anyone see PowerColor's custom card for this model? Looks pretty beastly. It is supposed to come with a factory overclock of around 25% from stock speed.
