PC Video Capturing

    I'm trying to record game play footage on my PC, and I have had issues in the past with Fraps either not providing the quality I want, or having it kill my frame rates. Are there any other routes to take, or is fraps the best im going to get as far as freeware is concerned?

    its free so its not gonna be the best

    try the xsplit demo and then buy xsplit ... you can stream and record VIA it
