In group pvp it's everyone. To quote someone famous "Soldiers usually win the battles and generals get the credit for them" Yeah, it's good to have leaders to see the overall big picture in battle. The individual usually is locked in on his general location and objective. My view on pvp anyhow. If you have 10 good guys..the leader doesn't need to say much at all. It just flows(thinking 10v10)
