Not so much fade as much as waiting on the next thing. Always goes quite for a while, then flares up again. Happens a lot.
Discord is where people hang out alot unless something is specifically going on. Forums are pretty quiet because well nobody likes to read the forum's

Never really got the whole Discord thing just looks like a big mess to me. Looks like somebodies computer class project or something really in need of a good UI person to redo it from the ground up.
