It's Strange Brew. I saw that movie as a kid and thought it was really weird. It's about two idiot brothers who get a job at a brewery for free beer and there's an evil organization trying to take it over so they can make mind controlling beer that makes people violent at the sound of music, so they can take over the world. It's Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas that star as the two brothers.
