All those first person shooters out there....battlefield heroes came out of beta at the beginning of July. I'm not sure how many of you were away of that because EA / DICE didn't really make a big deal about it. There are 3 class....Soldier (medic), Gunner ("tank-like" with big gun), Commando (Sniper) and 2 sides, Royals (WW2 UK) and Nationals (WW2 Germans). I currently have a lvl 23 soldier that is a royal. If you like FPS and MMOs....you are going to LOVE this game...because each class has special abilities that you can lvl up as you play...such as speed boost, healing, stealth, etc... I didn't see any first person action in the videos. All I saw was third person views. looked like fun. I might try it.
It's third person not FPS. Looks too cartoony, like TF2. And TF2 is lame. I'm a serious player. Serious games only plz. kthx.

All I know is I never receive my confirmation email and so I can't verify my email addy and so I can't log in.
It's just a WWII version of TF2. If you don't like TF2 chances are you won't like BFH. It's not even as good as TF2 imho. But.. It's free! Unless you want to look cool, then it will cost you.
