This movie only took about $3000 to make and it is suprisingly well done. There wasn't a lot of detail about the hunt for gollum in the main series. There may have been in the silmarillion, but... I never read it. This is very well done though. I dont like the orcs or the guy who played Aragorn though. The orcs voices sound sorta lame, and... I just dont like the way Aragorn looks I'm still watching it... Spoiler and Gollum trying to escape from the sack is fucking hilarious Actually, in the books it mentioned that Aragorn had come into contact with gollum, tormented him somewhat... but it was after he was caught by Sauron's forces I believe. And if you watch it, watch the credits. After 20 seconds or so it shows behind the scenes stuff, which is fucking hilarious
The old Ralph Bakshi cartoon? Yeah, it wasn't too bad, I always liked Bakshi's other stuff better, namely Wizards, which is where I got my handle from That fanfilm was surpringly well done, although I didn't like the actor playing Aragorn, the rest was damn near Hollywood quality.
