Its some BS about patriotism, good sportsmanship, respect, yadda yadda. For the most part I agree, but... it feels good to hear your anthem after winning the world juniors or something

I apologize to the world then. Why would anyone with a brain and keeps up on ANYTHING want to listen to fox news. I was hoping it was just because I live in Oklahoma that people had a hard on for the station.

 

At least Fox News provides some right-leaning bias to counterbalance the more left-leaning stations (MSNBC I'm looking at you...)

Really though, there isn't such a thing as a major news media outlet that doesn't have some political agenda one way or the other.

On topic. When is Canada, or even the Montreal Canadiens gonna apologize?

The media is only as liberal as the conservative corporations funding it.

However, there's a point in there that Fox News is kind of a holdout as the lone cable news station that caters to the more conservative mindset, whereas the more liberal viewer has a choice of different stations to watch. That's part of why Fox News has so many viewers relative to any individual other news station--it has no competition for that market. MSNBC, however, does.

Even more fun? Fox's broadcast station is acting like it's going to cancel Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Why? Low viewership...of over 3.5 million for the season finale...and an average viewership of more than twice as much as the top-rated Fox News show.

 

Didn't read any posts but ALL and I do mean ALL NEWS shows are dumb and should not be watched. They don't show the real news they just want to show you lame bullshit.

Only 2 you can watch that give a glimpse at real news is Colbert Report and The Daily show

I dont get all my news from fox, but most my current issues come from there site; also I live in Oklahoma (originally from Oakland, Cali) if you didnt remember, and I have a brain, thx.

 

I know you are from OU etc... I was just mentioning that Fox News is a horrible news station and you can watch it but if you have a brain I hope you realize that they are one of the worst news stations ever. They should label themselves as entertainment instead of news so that so many idiots wouldn't actually believe the BS they spew out.

lol the fat man, I would not say real conservatives have lost there way at all, real conservatives distance themselves from the republicans. republicans have sure fallen hard over the last years, its b/c of bush (who sucked terribly) and the fact that the are weak minded and bend over on stances they are apparently opposed to.
