sooo Canadians booed the US anthem when they were playing a US team? or Canadians booed the US anthem when 2 Canadian teams were playing?

if its the first they just trying to get in the head of the other team, i would expect them to do it and i would be doing it back to them

if its the other why the hell were they playing our song?

In sports, they usually play both anthems when it's a Canadian and US team playing. In this case, the Canadiens booed the US anthem.

 

W/e is what I have to say, if I was the U.S. gov't the next time a Canadian comes down to have a surgery, we should just turn them away and be like "booo!" sorry.

 

wasnt there a bad series of cartoons on cartoon network that came on 1 - 3 am that was called O canada?

and naa thats all just part of the game to get in the other teams head, sure its kinda mean but you cant get someone to get mad and make a mistake if you dont do that =P thats just my view, im not going to start the boo but i sure as hell am going to return it

On a more serious note what kind of douche bags boo a national anthem? That's just bad taste. They must be the ones actually watching fox news.

I mean essentially they are boo'n america in general, not just the team... I understand sports rivalry and such, but if this was the other way around, lets just say it would be different.

 

Yeah we would have a bunch of angry letters telling us we all need to apologize because that's very rude!

 

IMO it's not appropriate to boo any countries national anthem. Anybody that was is being disrespectful. I wish humans were a little more intelligent and decent as a whole.

Do unto others as though would have dust unto you doesn`t seem to mean much to anyone.
