Right there with ya! I never cared for valentine's day. Giff and I have ignored valentine's day since we got together 8 years ago. I mean, except for all the epic massacres that went on, it's a pretty ho-hum day. All it means to me is that I don't want to go out to eat (to avoid crowds). I don't like flowers (not the kind that don't come potted, anyway - and those I tend to kill, which is why all my plants right now are succulents); I do like buying some chocolate when it's on clearance around the 15th or 16th
I dated a girl for almost 3 years and our anniversary so to speak was on valentines day. Stupidest fucking day of the year. I spent more money for that bitch on that day than I have ever on myself. So fuck valentines day. I have a new girl now, she doesn't like me buying her shit so I'll keep her around.
