Why do you want to be an organizer?: Depending on the initial success of Blade and Soul within Xen, I would like to step into a leadership position to help out the guild. I was currently already assisting unofficially, might as well make it official.Why should you be one of the organizers for Blade and Soul?: I have a long history with Xen and I will be playing Blade and Soul as my primary game until Camelot Unchained is released. We require leaders, I am here to help.What will you do for XoO as an organizer for Blade and Soul?: I'll be helping Ani with interviews, permissions for new members, and helping to set goals during the initial launch of the game. Also gauge when the guild is ready to start to host events such as schedule dungeon runs for lowbies (or max level) and in-guild tournaments.

I'll likely be free Thursday evening or Friday morning before the game launches. Sorry for the delay, my fiancee sunroof shattered on Sunday while she while driving so I am spending most of my nights this week fixing it. Got the old one out last night with a little bit of cursing and spraying myself with broken glass; calling around to junkers today to see if I can find a replacement. Sigh, adult life.
Sounds good. We can do the interview before the game launches and probably get the promotion out. I will also work on getting a launch plan started.
