Group the online guildmates, lead the path using TS3, share the bounty is succed, if not, the shame.​

Im young here I have never had never been assing to lead a group​

If selected to be an organizer for H1Z1, what would your first 10 steps be:

1.- Master the beta
2.- Identify dedicated players
3.- Invite a buch of applying junkies
4.- Repeat step 2
5.- Kick the non active players
6.- Assing tasks like crafting resource gathering etc... for launch
7.- Start playing the official launch
8.- Repeat step 3
9.- Equip guildmates with the better gear in a logical priority .
10.- Repeat step 3 and and 5 until you have the better guild ingame.​
