Given the heat, and how deep they are, I'm not sure it would be worth it to get the crystals out. It all depends on what kind of crystals they are, and how cheaply we can manufacture them ourselves. So how useful are calcium sulphate crystals ?
Useful but not valuable. It's a common chemical used in industry. The only value the crystals would have are as souvenirs. They are far more valuable to science where they are. I've been through some caves where most of the crystal formations have been destroyed or damaged by people and its really sad... these things take millions of years to form in some instances and seldom get even close to that size.
Given that they are only calcium sulphate, I don't see any profitable way to extract them. So they will be left alone. We can artifically produce crystals that look much better than those, even if we do it with mere glass.
artificial will never be worth anything over natural. except tits. look at diamonds.... where do you think diamond tipped drill bits come from, south africa? no. they are manmade and will never be used for jewelry
meh the only way someone would buy it would be to say this came from the biggest natural crystals in the world then it would have to be at least a chunk other than that you would have to get like the entire 37 foot crystal and that just couldnt be done
