As of right now it is in its open-beta phase, and has only been in open - beta for around a week now, so it will be ongoing for some time yet. i dunno about turn based online game it seems like there will be to many jerks who will be like "ill down the final boss with my starter dagger! hahahahahaha" and then you will lose your 1 per server only drop item that will never be recovered edit: btw i like the polearm guy that yells out something then goes and attacks lol
I don't have much problem with a turn based game, as long as there is something to prevent your opponent just walking away from the computer mid battle when they realise that you will win in your next turn. But what I do have a problem with is the characters all lining up, doing their move, then moving back to their position in the line. Especially if the guy doing the move is a melee guy.
I'm playing it now. Turn based, yes. But it's a solid game and fun. Some nifty features I wouldn't mind other MMO's picking up and not too shabby voice acting. Character customization is lacking, though.
I downloaded it and I am enjoying it thus far, but secksy is def. right about the lack of character customization. I am liking the more complex features you have to keep in mind during combat like the combo 3 = 2 turn stun and things of that nature.
Playing this game as well, enjoying it a good deal. Very well done for a free to play download game, I am impressed. The turn based system isn't even that turn based, if you want you can send all your people to attack at the exact same time, not much time at all is spent sitting there waiting on decisions to be made.
