I dont think its right for government to make laws like this. Ya someone somewhere may think it will help something or other, but this comes down to the government now saying how you can and cant shoot a movie. Now that the basis is laid it will start to spread more and eventually the government will be dictating things for all types of movies. We are supposed to have the freedom to express ourselves, and a movie is someones artistic expression. Sure it is a somewhat odd artistic content when thinking of it in terms like that but it is still an art form of sorts.
When art spreads STDs, that's not good enough reasoning. The real problem with this law is that film producers have no difficulty taking their productions to a state or country where it doesn't apply, so it's just a waste of time.
