Hey guys! It might have taken a while to finally hash out but the first ever batch of Global awards and the new format of Divisional awards have all been completed and its time for the reveal! (and some explanation of course.) The new system for giving out awards are as followed: Global awards will be given out every 6 months. These awards will be nomination based. Every member of leadership (CO/Admins/(Global)Moderators/Xenate) will nominate a certain amount of people for each award and then the CRO will review all nominations and choose the best candidates for the awards. Divisional Awards will be given out by the CO of that division. the amount of divisional awards that the CO is allowed to give out will depend on their GRS (yes we are keeping it! and now it means more then just stars) These awards will be given out every three months. As for the global awards, there is a large amount of awards that are being given out the first round to try and cover years of lacking awards. We are trying to give credit to people who long deserve it! Now for what everyone has been waiting for! Awarded by dash. XoO Medal of Valor Awarded for their great contributions to XoO overall. This is the highest ranking medal in XoO. This medal is awarded for demonstrating excellence in XoO overall and being overall supportive and dedicated to XoO. This medal is representative of an individual who has contributed a lot to XoO overall in talent, knowledge, support, or any of the above. This is a prestigious award only handed out to a select few who truly deserve it. XoO Distinguished Service Medal Awarded for distinguished service in XoO and being overall helpful. This is the second highest ranking medal in XoO. This medal is awarded for going above and beyond the normal member to contribute to the global XoO community. XoO Distinguished Service Medal 2nd Class Awarded for their great contributions to XoO overall. Third highest ranked medal in XoO. Good Conduct Service Medal Awarded for supportive behavior that draws the guild together. When an individual has a glowing personality that spreads confidence and enjoyment to the rest of the community they have achieved something few can do. This is in essence a "bright personality" medal and will be awarded to those who demonstrate that glowing personality to those around them in the overall guild and not just a division. Meritorious Service Medal Awarded for outstanding leadership across the entire community. One to be looked up to and respected. This does not have to be awarded to a leader in the sense of CO/XO/Officer/Admin/Xenate/Moderator, but rather anyone who demonstrates amazing leadership ability. An individuals ability to bring those around them together to inspire them and work towards a common goal and strive for greatness is truly one of a kind. Hyperactive Poster Medal Awarded for the most posts created during a given period of time. Here is the Breakdown of Divisional Awards and what they are: Divisional Leadership Excellence Medal Awarded for outstanding service as a leader in a division. Heart of Gold Medal Awarded for supportive behavior that draws members together. PvP Commendation Medal Awarded for superior service in the field of PvP and combat tactics. PvE Commendation Medal Awarded for superior service in the field of PvE and combat tactics. Divisional Activity Medal Awarded for outstanding activity in a division Achievement Medal 1st Class Awarded for achieving a world first. Achievement Medal 2nd Class Awarded for achieving a server first. Achievement Medal 3rd Class Awarded for accomplishing a guild first.
