there are only like 2 positions in the Xenate that have any special jobs. Unless otherwise stated every other Xenate position is a regular Xenate position which is given to CO's from our divisions. Their duties are to listen to the will of their division and help formulate policies in XoO. That is more or less their role. Some positions are different and rather than help formulate policy based on a division, they look to the community or help with developer relations.
