Obviously the parents are not that worried enough to help this kid out, at that age he probably could burn the fat like nothing.....maybe he should stop eating 8 pounds of rice a day.....that shit expands in your stomach like a mofo and makes it even worse lol.

If I'm perfectly honest, I think the parents are in breach of child cruelty.

That's going to have some SERIOUS health effects.

 

Unfortunately sometimes with these situations, the cause maybe genetic and it is the child that is constantly hungry and can't help himself, so if you were the parents of the child, not allowing him to eat would be as much a breach of child cruelty as well. They parents could never win. As you can see from that photo, the child is the one that has such a huge appitite.

 

I agree, I mean they can't even snap a photo of the kid without him eating something in the picture! This poor kid is a black hole for food. Not even crumbs escape its vast reach.
