Retrieveing Digital Copy of movie: issues

    So I'm trying to claim my digital copy of a movie, right? But when ever I try, before I can even enter my product key, I get this error message:

    Upon clicking the link, I'm directed to this page:

    But as you can see, the upgrade button is grayed out, and it's grayed out on every single browser (and both the computers in the house) I try.

    And I will REALLY like to claim my digital copy. ;_;

    Solutions, XoObies?

    What version of WMP are you running and on what OS?



    Also, whats the movie? Cmon now, admit it. Its a chick flick isnt it? :p

    Did you try going to options, under the privacy tab and making sure that "download usage rights automatically" is checked?
