  1. The game of the Month for November is battleforge! Thanks to all who voted in the polls. Battleforge is a unique RTS game which features a card based combat system. There is both PvE and PvP aspects to this game, the PvE having missions which allow for 1, 2, 4 or 12 people. See the trailer and link below for more details. The Teamspeak channel is near the bottom of TS under 'other and upcoming games'.

League Of Legends does not require a single cent to be a competitive player.
    This had to be said.

If you check youtube there is many people that posted vids on how to solo multiplayer maps with the play for free decks, ofcourse they do have all the card upgrades which makes it easier, but those dont cost $$ just time to farm them.

Yes putting cash into the game makes it easier, but idnt that the case with all f2p games?

and there is no "cash shop" you buy points to buy boosters, not much unlike MTGO.

in short, yes putting money in the game makes it helluva lot easier.
if you dont want to buy the full game from the EA store for 30$, get it from amazon.com for 11$ u will get the box sent to your house, and you get 3k points and 4 starter decks, 1 of each color. 3k points will get you a very good deck, then all you need is some upgrades.
