You can duplicate this with your eyelids. The ARE is a testing device, the actual training is not improved by this device at all.
I dont understand what these do. I saw they were wearing them and still able to see the targets so i take it there isnt a screen on the inside of them. So ya how does it improve your reaction times?
they are remote controlled blindfolds, they are used as testing devices so the drill instructor can time their reaction time effectively and reliably.
