Some friends saw Brad Pitt Peter Jackson here in Wellington..Peter Jackson's studios are here...and he is interviewing actors for LOTR next two movies..

This is not even in the news...just some friends in the industry here saw them together.

But Brad Pitt..what role would he be going for..what role do you think he is suited for?..it will be two hobbit movies.

an actor of Brad Pitt's stature could easily be a hobbit..lol

Brad Pitt is at his best when he plays someone whacked out of his mind. I dunno the story of The Hobbit very well but I'd guess he plays someone with a screw loose, if the casting does it right, of course.

The Hobbit was, but at least in New Jersey Lord of the Rings was not.

then hobbit is being split into two movies...and a good thing too.
No way to do that book justice in 2 hours.

and that need not be the end of a great set of movies...

The Silmarillion is the second book I read after The Hobbit..
