If you look at every person in our squad, versus Germany's players, we should of won. Its just our team cant play together at all. I don't know if its the tactics, or if the players are greedy because they are used to being fed, or its because we just fricking suck! Rooney just did NOTHING and Fifa can suck my balls. they were just playing without passion/spirit. I watched the whole game, looking for a player that was trying to inspire the rest of the team. Instead we get gerrad doing fck all and drifting into the centre.....and why oh why did heskey come on. I swear he literally must have some kind of voodoo power over england managers. you could just see the look on crouches face when he got passed over. And I bet dawson was wondering why he said yes, could have gone on a nice holiday, oh well! The problem is that regardless of how badly they play for england, they will still get picked and get a ridcoulous bonus courtsey of the FA. But when it comes to their premier league club, if they are that hopeless they get dropped and wave goodbye to their 100k a week salaries. EDIT: on a final note, looking forward to what will be a classic match between germany and argentina.
Well as England are out, Im now backing Netherlands ! One of my favorite teams, I really think they can give a good show this cup.
I'm putting all my money on spain, absolutely love the way they play with short fast passes. Unlike most of the other top ranked teams they play with and against each other weekly in the primera division. If only David Villa wouldn't have that dbag goatee i might consider him my favorite player of this WC.
Netherlands are up against Brazil next round so they might be gone before semis. It's a shame, because both those teams plus Argentina and Germany deserve to make the final four.
hmm, predictions? Brazil v Netherlands will be an interesting match, but I vote Brazil and Uruguay should beat Ghana so Brazil v Uruguay. Then Argentina v Germany should be a great match, but Argentina should still win. Spain v Portugal should be a nice match, but I give it to Portugal so Portugal v Paraguay who will beat Japan. I bet Portugal to win so Portugal v Argentina. Then for the finals you will have Argentina v Brazil for the bestest match eva! ...I wish. There will be an upset somewhere. Either Argentina or Brazil will go down. Since Brazil has an easy bracket with all of the hard teams KO'ed all they have to worry about is Uruguay. Argentina will have their hands full with Germany and Portugal. Spain I think will lose to Portugal so it won't matter.

Beating Brazil is a pretty huge shot in the arm for the Netherlands imo. I think that might give them enough momentum to beat anyone.

Amazing end of the game urugay vs ghana ... at the end of the overtime the last play ... 3 shot on goal by ghana ... first same by the goal other save by suarez by the foot and 3th save by suarez with hand !!!! so RED CARD and penaltyy !!!! But the shot touch the post Suarez have save the team !!!!
looks like Germany will win this one. Argentina is just playing terrible. Not like their usual selves at all. A shame.
