Bungie will have every say in their new franchise, according to the deal. Lackofvision will just publish them. For lackofvision to go out and make a deal with Bungie highlights their fears of losing IW.
Yep supposedly the only reason why they are going with Activision is because of the fact that they can get ported to multiple platforms. So Bungie is trying to go for broke with it's new franchise

sucks to be activision, maybe they should release Starcraft II and Diablo III quicker so they could make back some of that money their getting sued for (since Activision merged with Vivendi Games the company that owns Blizzard)
